EuropaXp™ Platform

EuropaXp is a commercial-off-the-shelf cloud Platform for multi-omics life sciences Data eXploration built on the Seattle Biosoftware Technology Framework, Callisto. The EuropaXp platform powers multiple products including OmicsCloud for cloud-based multiomic expression analysis and Insights for expert data analysis services performed by PhD scientists.

EuropaXp currently supports the following omics technology types: microarrays, bulk and single cell RNA sequencing, mass spec, and protein-based detection.
Customers can license the selected EuropaXp Platform's technology-specific components that they need.
The Platform is designed for rapidly configuring and/or adding new and custom technology types and workflows and for easy integration with customer informatics ecosystems (SSO, VPC integration, etc.).
Seattle Biosoftware provides integration, customization, configuration, and support services for all EuropaXp products.

EuropaXp

Seattle Biosoftware designed and developed a web-based Life Science Data eXploration platform built on our powerful Callisto Framework. EuropaXp enables scientists to easily manage, process, and share large multiomic datasets. Built-in workflows, automation, and public database search and import facilitate seamless comparison with published results.

GeoMx

Seattle Biosoftware developed custom data analysis software for the first-in-class spatial profiling microscope. We worked collaboratively with the customer to develop a powerful, interactive solution that enables scientists to gain new knowledge using this state-of-the-art system.

PDM portal

Seattle Biosoftware designed and developed a portal for storing, searching, and visualizing data derived from PDX and other experimental models. The portal has been instrumental in helping scientists accelerate knowledge discovery by providing the ability to access and share experimental data and analyses, including expression, pathways, mutations, and more, across tens of thousands of samples.

Cloud NGS processing system

Seattle Biosoftware used our internal framework to create a web-based solution for custom NGS sample processing. The system is scalable, handles millions of records, and offers automated job handling, file selection, and process automation, including cost optimization. The implemented solution allows customers to start a complex job involving thousands of specific files and complex settings with just a few clicks. Users can instantly download processed data or easily retrieve old results.

Interactive GWAS browser

Seattle Biosoftware designed and developed an interactive GWAS browser for the specific purpose of easily finding correlates of clinical phenotype studies. Our cloud-based solution allows easy access, custom data loading, and secure user sharing.

Crowdsourcing training data

Seattle Biosoftware implemented a solution for crowdsourcing training data for machine learning-based endoscopy interpretation software. The customer wanted a solution based on an existing open-source program, but it did not support the speed and load that was needed. We modified this software, implemented it in the AWS cloud, and pushed our code back to the git project for others to use.
